These Terms of Service govern your use of From Corporate To Marketplace™ websites, ReBrand HER Academy™ programs, the Free AI Build Experience, From Corporate To Marketplace™ 6-Week AI Bootcamp, digital products, educational materials, and related services offered by Coach Marlene Trimuel.

By accessing our websites, registering for a program, purchasing a product or service, or using our materials, you agree to these Terms.

Educational Purpose

Our courses, Bootcamps, workshops, AI experiences, resources, coaching materials, and digital products are provided for educational and informational purposes. We provide instruction, frameworks, tools, and guidance intended to help participants develop their ideas and business assets.

No Guarantee of Results or Income

We do not guarantee that participation in a program or use of our materials will produce income, customers, business growth, sales, employment opportunities, or any particular financial or professional result. Examples, demonstrations, and illustrations are provided for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as promises of future results.

From Corporate To Marketplace™ 6-Week AI Bootcamp

The Bootcamp is an educational program designed to help participants develop one core offer into multiple business assets. Program content, schedules, tools, resources, live sessions, assignments, and supporting materials may be adjusted when reasonably necessary to improve delivery or respond to circumstances outside our control.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products, downloadable materials, online courses, digital educational resources, templates, workbooks, recordings, or other digital content once purchased or access has been provided.

This policy applies because digital products and materials may be accessed, viewed, downloaded, or otherwise used immediately after purchase.

Bootcamp Refund and Cancellation Policy

All registrations and payments for From Corporate To Marketplace™ 6-Week AI Bootcamp are final and non-refundable.

No refunds, credits, cancellations, or prorated refunds will be provided for missed sessions, failure to attend, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, failure to complete assignments, dissatisfaction resulting from lack of participation, or a participant's decision not to complete the program.

If a payment plan is offered, selecting a payment plan does not convert the purchase into a month-to-month subscription. The participant is purchasing the full program and remains responsible for the full amount agreed to at checkout, subject to applicable law.

By registering for the Bootcamp, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this refund policy before purchase.

Proprietary and Confidential Information

From Corporate To Marketplace™ 6-Week AI Bootcamp contains proprietary and confidential information developed for participants of the program.

This includes, but is not limited to, training methods, frameworks, processes, strategies, prompts, templates, worksheets, workbooks, presentations, videos, recordings, demonstrations, AI workflows, app-building processes, marketing materials, business-development methods, course materials, written content, and other resources provided during or in connection with the Bootcamp.

These materials are provided solely for the registered participant's personal education and use in developing their own business.

Participation in the Bootcamp does not transfer ownership of From Corporate To Marketplace™, ReBrand HER Academy™, or Coach Marlene Trimuel's proprietary methods, curriculum, intellectual property, or confidential information to the participant.

Participants may apply what they learn to their own businesses and create their own original products and business assets. However, participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, sell, license, sublicense, teach, disclose, share, give away, modify for resale, create competing training materials from, or otherwise commercially exploit the Bootcamp's proprietary or confidential materials without prior written permission.

Recordings and Sharing Access

Bootcamp sessions, recordings, course portals, private links, login credentials, downloads, presentations, and training materials are provided only to the individual who registered for the program.

Participants may not record sessions without permission or share Bootcamp recordings, login credentials, private links, screenshots of proprietary training materials, downloads, course materials, or other restricted program content with another person or organization.

Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination of program access without refund and may subject the participant to other remedies available under applicable law.

Participant Confidentiality

Participants may learn information about other participants during live sessions, discussions, exercises, or group activities. Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not publicly disclose another participant's confidential business information, personal information, unpublished ideas, strategies, materials, or discussions without that participant's permission.

Artificial Intelligence

Our programs may teach participants how to use third-party artificial intelligence platforms and other technology. AI-generated information can contain errors, incomplete information, or unexpected results. Participants are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and determining the suitability of AI-generated content before publishing, selling, distributing, or relying upon it.

You are also responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and requirements of any third-party AI platform you choose to use.

Your Business Decisions

You remain responsible for your own business, financial, legal, tax, marketing, intellectual property, and professional decisions. Our educational content does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other licensed professional advice.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, From Corporate To Marketplace™, ReBrand HER Academy™, program materials, training materials, worksheets, videos, presentations, frameworks, graphics, written content, and other original materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to Coach Marlene Trimuel and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase or registration gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use program materials for your own learning and business development.

Your Original Work

You retain ownership of original content and business materials you create, subject to any rights belonging to third-party platforms, licensed materials, or other intellectual property used in creating them.

You are responsible for making sure materials you create or submit do not unlawfully infringe another person's copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.

Account and Program Access

Program access is intended for the registered participant unless otherwise stated. Login credentials, private course links, paid materials, recordings, and membership access may not be shared with people who have not purchased or registered for access.

Payments

Prices and payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout according to the payment option you select.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may rely upon or link to third-party platforms, including artificial intelligence tools, website providers, payment processors, video platforms, email providers, and other software. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, policies, pricing, changes, performance, or content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our websites, programs, resources, or technology to violate applicable laws, interfere with our systems, gain unauthorized access, distribute harmful software, impersonate another person, or infringe the rights of others.

Limitation of Liability
